Jr. Camp offers a premier Christian day camping experience for children entering Kindergarten to those entering 5th grade.  Each week campers experience a number of classic camp activities, field trips and spiritual enrichment. Every day includes themed activities as well as, interactive worship and Bible lessons during morning Pow-Wow and afternoon Prime Time.  Other programs include swimming, archery, art, rope course challenges, field trips and much more!!

Summer 2013 dates and themes

Wet ‘N’ Wild Week:  June 17 - 21

Whether on the slip ‘N’ Slide, in a balloon battle or chillin’ out at the pool, you are guaranteed to be drenched all week long!  Pack your bags and bring your goggles because, rain or shine, we will be spending Friday at Sahara Sam’s massive indoor water park!

Human Video Game:  June 24-28  

Human Video Game:  Move from the virtual to the real world as we live out the games we play on the screen!  Think you can’t drive a fast car, dunk a basketball, climb a rock wall or capture the villain?  Well think again, because you can do them all right here at Camp Teekna!  On Friday we will visit Happy Tymes Fun Center to round out your real life gaming experience.

Lego Week:  July 1 - 5 (No July 4th) 

You favorite week of the summer is back and better than ever.  Which group can build, build, build the tallest tower Teekna has ever seen?  Display your awesome creations at the 2^nd annual Teekna Lego show on Friday! 

Be a Hero:  July 8 - 12  

Learn to be a real life super hero this week at Teekna!  We will have visits from other real life hero’s living all around us.  Learn to walk the line, float through the air and sneak like a hero when we visit the Kehler Gymnastics!

Around the World: July 15 - 19 

Come with your plane ticket and back pack in hand as we live the life of a world traveler, on a quest to discover new and exciting activities from all over the globe.  You will never know what is coming next!  Traveling can be tiring, so on Friday, we will take a load off at Oasis Fun Center.

Mission Impossible: July 22-26

Be sure to not miss out on the most action packed week of the summer!  Find your way through the largest corn maze around at Cherry Crest Adventure Farm and display your secret agent skills during our only Jr. Camp overnight of the summer!

Outback Advenutre:  July 29 - August 2

Bring your curiosity and survival skills as we make our way through the exciting Austrailian Outback.  Many obstacles are sure to challenge us along the way.  Explore the wildlife and even learn to fly high like a kangaroo when we visit Bounce U on Friday.
