The Leadership Training Program is specifically geared towards the young teen. This program helps the young teen to grow in leadership skills and practice those newly learned skills in the Junior Camp setting. They will meet with one of the directors throughout the week to discuss strategies and problem solving in working with children. Many of the teens that go through the program are interested in working with younger children in the future. This program helps cultivate strong counselors in our camp for future summers!
